As part of a sale in the future state of completion (VEFA), Ulysse contacted me for the layout and decoration of a raw 90 m² floor that he has just acquired. Although he is disappointed that he could not obtain more square meters for the comfort of his employees, he is determined to make the most of this space.
To meet the needs of Ulysse, Maison Courty worked on the layout of the rooms by creating an office for the manager, an office dedicated to the administration, a flexoffice space open to the kitchen and a bathroom with double door. The goal was to maximize space efficiency while creating a functional and aesthetic work environment.
In order to respond to the working methods of Ulysse, Maison Courty has chosen to equip the offices with large workspaces. For decoration, Maison Courty offered to buy from a second-hand distributor, who often offers office furniture that has never been used, or even little used. All the furniture, including the armchairs, is signed by renowned designers, with in particular armchairs Herman Miller, known for their ergonomics and contemporary design.
This experience convinced Ulysse to continue collaborating with interior designers and interior decorators for its future interior designs. He was impressed with how Maison Courty was able to optimize space and create a functional and aesthetic work environment using quality furniture from sustainable sources.
