More than just a workplace, the tertiary environment becomes a privileged platform for corporate storytelling. It is a place of life and experience for social cohesion. In this bustling context of growing interculturality, emerging organizational forms, and ever more innovative digital technologies, Maison Courty has distinguished between fleeting trends and deep-seated effects in the design of these shared offices.
Wishing to provide an optimal work environment for the tenants ofAkaza Center and for the employees ofAkaza Services, Madame Pluton chose Maison Courty to finalize the renovation and layout of her coworking / third place, based in Vincennes. Maison Courty conducted a market study of tertiary coworking spaces in Val de Marne (94) and Paris to identify the elements necessary for a good customer experience.
Luckily : Madame Pluton has opted for light parquet flooring, white furniture, and an abundance of plants. The entrance can accommodate a telephone meeting or a one-on-one. A new office has been designated for rental. The meeting room has been equipped with a screen and a whiteboard. The kitchen area has been transformed into a living space with the possibility of hosting gatherings. All of this promotes interactions among colleagues.
Strong from this success Akaza continues its collaboration with Maison Courty for the layout of its headquarters and coworking space in Draveil.
Maison Courty guarantees a layout solution truly tailored to your needs and the future users' engagement with the spaces.
